Positive: Very nice quiet place, suitable for different types of recreation, there is a wonderful sauna and a clean pond, a large area. The whole house is kept clean, the owners are very friendly. I celebrated a birthday there in a company of 15 people, and there were enough places for everyone to spend the night. The owner allowed us to arrive early to decorate the house and set the table. The kitchen has a dishwasher, all the necessary dishes, containers for sorting garbage. In the house on the first floor there are also speakers and a music player, but we did not find out whether it is possible to connect to it using bluetooth or somehow else. The house had a comfortable temperature, the air conditioner kept it warm, and it was also possible to light a fireplace.

Negative: We stayed here in the fall, and the owner warned us that there were a lot of flies in the house and that they were actively fighting them. The smell of the water irritated some guests, but personally I didn't really notice it. On the first floor there is a large hall, many chairs and 4 large tables, if necessary all this can be removed, but in my opinion there are not enough sofas or soft poufs so that you can comfortably sit in the middle of the hall at the coffee table and play board games (for example). As an option, you could provide a large carpet and beanbag sofas, instead of tables and chairs, because it is not comfortable to sit at the festive table all the time.

Summary: Overall very good impression and many thanks to the owners!

Negative: It would be nice to have more comfortable seating outside. It did have a few garden type of furniture, but it would be amazing to have more as the main upside of the property is how awesome the location is - so being outside in a comfortable setting would be perfect. Definitely was not bad, just could be better :)
